Each month we pick popular designs and take an extra discount off our standard price.
2. Change colors if you like
Special Buy pricing applies when the building is ordered as shown. You can change the colors and keep the price; any other change is priced at our standard rate.
3. Lock in your price
Order before October 31 and pay your deposit to lock in your price for up to one full year.
